Our founding attorney, Tommy Duck, established his law firm in order to provide the citizens of Albany, Dougherty County, and the surrounding areas with strong court representation. As an experienced trial lawyer and former prosecutor, he combines his trial skills with personalized advocacy for each of his clients. As a skilled criminal lawyer in Georgia, he is committed to fighting tirelessly for the rights of his clients.

He focuses his practice on various aspects of criminal defense, including federal criminal law, DUI/DWI, drug violations, sex offenses, and traffic violations, amongst others, and devotes 100% of his practice to litigation. In addition to his legal practice, Tommy is an active member of several legal organizations and the local community.
